Exhale Health is a premier psychiatric medical practice that provides the highest quality psychiatric mental health care in a charming and elegant office on North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.    

Katrina Kaczmarek PMHNP-BC, practices psychiatric medication management, treating patients ages 6 and older. She believes in treating the whole person. Katrina establishes a strong connection with each patient through active listening, gental guidance and collaborative care.  

She specializes in diagnosing and treating psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) using patient-specific treatment plans.

The practice’s name is one of the goals of treatment. When people finally admit that they need psychiatric mental health care, often the feeling of relief at making that decision results in an exhalation of the breath that had been held throughout the silent suffering. Exhale Health aims to help patients take the time to exhale, breathe, and find the next steps in their healing journey.
